In a Nassau County-venued action, Jennifer A. Levine and LeAnn Ahmad secured the dismissal of a lawsuit brought against a nursing home alleging wrongful death, negligence, professional malpractice, and statutory violations pursuant to the NYS Public Health Law.  The plaintiff alleged that the defendant nursing home failed to protect their residents from Covid-19, ultimately leading to a resident’s death.
