Taylor M. Williams is an associate attorney whose practice focuses on the defense of hospitals, physicians, nurses, and other health care providers in medical malpractice litigation. She has experience managing matters from inception through resolution, including pleadings, discovery, motion practice, and strategic case evaluation.

Taylor advises health care clients on policy compliance and litigation strategy, with an emphasis on minimizing exposure while navigating the clinical issues unique to medical negligence claims. Her practice is grounded in careful preparation, clear communication, and practical problem-solving.

Her background includes defending a broad range of liability matters, including personal injury, general liability, motor vehicle accidents, and construction-related claims, providing a well-rounded perspective on civil defense litigation.

Prior to entering private practice, Taylor developed courtroom and client-advocacy skills through hands-on litigation experience with Legal Aid of Nebraska and the Federal Public Defender’s Office for the District of Nebraska.

Taylor earned her Juris Doctor from Creighton University School of Law, where she concentrated in Health Law and was an active member of the Health Law Society and Moot Court Board. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Ohio Dominican University.
