Since 2019, Kevin Wang has concentrated his practice on defending claims involving medical malpractice, nursing negligence, and general liability. His work included conducting all phases of discovery, shaping defense strategies, drafting substantive motions, conducting witness depositions, and attending court conferences. He also has provided substantial support in preparing for and handling trials.
Before turning to medical malpractice matters, Kevin represented plaintiffs in products liability litigation and handled medical device claims in both state and federal courts.
While attending Fordham University School of Law, Kevin gained experience with both the defense and prosecution sides of the criminal justice system. He interned with Lincoln Square Legal Services and subsequently completed an internship with the Queens District Attorney’s Office.
Kevin enjoys playing basketball on the weekends.
