In his 49 years of practice, David Sculnick, an AV rated trial and appellate attorney, has addressed virtually every aspect of defense litigation.  He has litigated cases in the fields of general liability, medical malpractice, toxic tort, medical device and product liability, declaratory judgment and coverage opinion and civil rights. In addition to managing law firm teams, offering in house lectures to clients, and chairing bar association CLE programs, David has tried numerous cases to verdict and has written and argued over 100 appeals in both the NY state and federal courts.
