Renana is an associate attorney specializing in defense litigation. She holds an LL.M. in Banking, Corporate, and Finance Law and earned her law degree in Israel, where she gained valuable insight into diverse legal systems and cultural frameworks.
During law school, Renana was actively involved in international dispute resolution, participating in both the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot and the ICC Mediation Competition. She also served as a student editor for the Law and Ethics of Human Rights Journal, was selected for the Corporate Social Responsibility Clinic, and completed a judicial externship with the New York State Supreme Court, Appellate Division, First Department.
Before joining Sheeley, Renana worked in the M&A tax practice at PricewaterhouseCoopers. Prior to beginning her legal career, she served in the Israel Defense Forces as a sergeant and Liaison to the United Nations.
